Jill Weiterman enjoys working with both children and adults. She received a B.S in Psychology in 2004 from Avila University. While working on her Master’s degree she worked in residential treatment with pre-adolescents. She received her Master’s degree in 2010 for Counseling Psychology with a special certification for counseling adolescents and youth also from Avila University. She did her internship at Wyandotte County Jail and worked with both adult and youth inmates.

Jill began working at Hope House, a domestic violence shelter, in 2009 as an advocate and then became the children and family therapist in 2011 till 2016. She began working at Synergy Services in 2017 as a Batterer’s Intervention Therapist and provides services for victims and children as well as running group for batterers.

Jill has been doing contract work for Westport Counseling Associates since 2019. Jill also does contract work for the Guardian Program through Hope House.

Jill’s specialties involve children and family and domestic violence. She can provide:
